The Ashdown CTM-300 is a 300 watt all-valve bass amplifier head, meticulously handcrafted in the UK Custom Shop for players who demand uncompromising tone, power and reliability. Designed for professional touring and studio use, it delivers the unmistakable warmth, depth and authority that only a true valve amplifier can provide.

Built into a rugged 18 mm marine grade birch ply cabinet, the CTM-300 is engineered to handle the demands of life on the road. Heavy-duty flip-style handles and an internal cooling fan ensure durability and consistent performance, even under the most intense playing conditions.

At the heart of the CTM-300 is a five-valve preamp paired with six KT88 output valves. This powerful configuration produces rich low end, articulate mids and a punchy top end, capturing everything from smooth 1960s warmth to the aggressive growl of 1970s rock. The passive EQ section, combined with Deep, Mid Shift and Bright switches, allows you to shape your sound with precision while preserving the natural character of the valves.

For ease of maintenance and long-term reliability, the CTM-300 features user-adjustable tube biasing and individually fused output valves. The dual-function VU meter enables real-time signal monitoring and accurate bias adjustment, keeping your amplifier performing at its best.

On stage or in the studio, the valve-driven, transformer-derived DI output with isolated ground delivers pristine, full-bodied tone directly to front of house or recording systems. A front-mounted, valve-driven effects loop ensures your external effects integrate seamlessly without compromising your core sound.
